Antique French trestle style dining table in unique proportions, for I do not ever remember seeing a genuine antique French trestle dining table this small. When our Old Plank workshop began to disassemble the antique farm table, we noticed that all of the big wide top boards had been cut with a hand-saw. The more we inspected, our antique French dining table, the more obvious the true age became and we believe it could have been constructed, in the late 1700’s or early 1800’s. Our antique French farm table has remained largely unrestored and other than thoroughly being checked for any structural defects, we decided to leave the original patina, of our 200-year-old French farm table alone, for it is truly exceptional. Made from French white oak and the top measures 2.75" thick.
