This antique French trestle dining or kitchen table offers a versatile design. When this table arrived from the town of Tours, best known as the end point for the Paris-Tours Bicycle race, the top was in rough shape and was probably replaced during its life. So, our Old Plank craftsmen got busy and constructed a new dining table top from old imported recycled French lumber purchased in France. The base of the trestle table appears to be from the late 1700s and has an incredible, all original patina we did not touch. The dining table top was hand-scraped (spoke shaved) to match the patina of the base and is a perfect match. Measures: 10’ long.
