This cane or walking stick originally appears to have been a gun and although many of the pieces are missing, I am sure some gunsmith could restore it. This was found near Toulouse. The handle I believe was carved from horn and the wood is beechwood. The brass ferrule removes just in case you want to revert it back to a functional weapon.
