Antique French Commode with Paw Feet c.1800s

Antique French walnut commode with great feet, that we found not too far from the Old Plank warehouse in Toulouse. We decided not to restore the exterior finish, but rather enhance what was already there and try to save as much of the original patina as possible. However, each drawer was carefully taken apart and rebuilt in order to make a smooth opening and closing. The carcass was rebuilt structurally and the grey marble top has no prior repairs. Just a nice honest antique French commode from the Restoration period of France from the early 1800’s.
